These terms govern every order placed on watchpaganidesign.com. By placing an order you accept them. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing here reduces the rights the law already gives you.

Email is our support channel and the fastest way to reach us. We answer every message.
2. The products
We sell wristwatches. Photographs, dimensions, materials and specifications on each product page are as accurate as we can make them, but screens render colour differently and minor variation between a photograph and the watch you receive is normal. Where a listing publishes a water-resistance rating, that rating is the limit; where it publishes none, treat the watch as not water resistant.
A listing is an invitation to buy, not an offer. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or is unavailable, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
3. How an order is made
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Before you pay, checkout shows you the total, the currency and any shipping cost, and you confirm that the order carries an obligation to pay.
4. Prices, taxes and import charges
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) unless your market displays another currency.
Please read this before you order. The price you pay at checkout covers the watch and the shipping we charge. It does not include import VAT, customs duty or a carrier handling fee. Your parcel ships from our fulfilment centre in China, so depending on where you live and on the value of the parcel, your customs authority or your carrier may charge you these when the parcel arrives. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and they are your responsibility. We cannot estimate them for you and we do not refund them.
If you refuse a parcel because of an import charge, we treat it as a cancellation under our Refund Policy and refund the price of the watch.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
6. Delivery
We ship from China to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery estimates shown on the product page and at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — customs clearance and carrier backlogs are outside our control. Risk in the watch passes to you when you, or a person you name, take physical possession of it.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will trace it or refund you.
7. Cancelling, returning and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your watch, without giving a reason, and returns are free. Faulty or misdescribed watches are covered for two years from delivery under the European legal guarantee of conformity. 8. Your account and acceptable use
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. Do not use this store to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or overload it, or to interfere with how it works for anyone else. We may suspend or close an account that does.
9. What belongs to us
The text, layout, photography and graphics on this store are ours or our suppliers', and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may browse, share links and print pages for your own use. You may not copy the content for commercial use without our written permission. "Pagani Design" and the brand names shown on the products belong to their respective owners.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Your personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. If something goes wrong
Email paganiwatchdesign@gmail.com first — most problems are settled in one exchange. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in the EU may take the matter to the consumer protection body or the alternative dispute resolution scheme in their own country; consumers in the UK may contact Citizens Advice. Your right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live is unaffected.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
14. The rest
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in force. Failing to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive it later. These terms are governed by the law of Brazil, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
